And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Kristof Pardi!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Paul Gruel and Jeff Smith.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Shalit moves in looking to clinch but Pardi pushes him off.
Pardi is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Shalit clinches up with Pardi and pushes him back against the cage.
Shalit has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Pardi is sitting in close to Shalit's body. Shalit has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Pardi is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Pardi is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Shalit.
