Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nyrkki Make (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edgar Frog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Make comes to the cage accompanied by Vexi oli velkaa. Frog has chosen I Still Believe as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frog throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Make's waist but Make gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Frog off to one side.
Make throws a nice looking combination but Frog bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Frog throws a right hand that Make ducks under and follows up with a left that Make also avoids with ease.
Make ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Make moves out of range of the strikes.
Make uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Frog.
Make stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Frog's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Frog duly obliges.
Make displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Frog throws out the jab.
Make swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Nyrkki Make seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Frog stands up over Make, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Frog throws a strike but Make rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Frog is on top in guard.

Make working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Frog doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Frog manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Frog stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Make swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Make wants to sweep but no luck.
Frog looking to sit in guard and control but Make gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Frog striking off his back but it's not causing Make any problems.
Frog manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Make manages to get himself to full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Make is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
