This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the light heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 0 losses; Jone White! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Summit Panda!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.
Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious?
White fails with an attempt to clinch.
Panda has taken the fight to the clinch.
White tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Panda just stands there and leans against the ropes.
White jumps guard but Panda stands there with White around his waist. White gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
White really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
White tries to pull guard but Panda won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jone White. That's going to take a lot out of him.
White tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Panda smiles and moves away.
Panda circles away from the clinch attempt.
White tries to clinch but Panda is having none of it.
White drives through and clinches with Panda against the ropes.
White jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Panda walks away with a smile on his face. White gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
White displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Panda.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
White tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Panda tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Panda moves into the clinch.
Panda manages to pull guard.
White is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Panda can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's one minute gone in the round.
White is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
White stopping the sweep attempt from Panda.
Panda is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
White not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
White postures up.
White content to stall in guard here.
White drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and White jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Panda being controlled here, momentarily.
Panda really doesn't want to stay on the ground with White. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
White passes Panda's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Panda wants to improve his position but White is controlling well.
White controlling the action here.

White is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Panda is just riding it out for now. White eventually gives up the hold.

White is trying for a kimura here. Panda looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! White wins by kimura!
