The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flaxenweed closes the distance and clinches up with Dallesandro, looking for a takedown. Flaxenweed pushes Dallesandro against the cage but Dallesandro circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Dallesandro lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.

Dallesandro is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Flaxenweed defends well.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rio Dallesandro.
