The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and Steven Brown.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Ignatowski feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Ignatowski (2) vs (0) Catch Wrestler

Catch Wrestler is trying to keep Ignatowski in close.
Ignatowski trying to control the position from guard on top but Catch Wrestler is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Catch Wrestler wants to sweep but no luck.
Ignatowski trying to control but Catch Wrestler is working from the bottom.
Catch Wrestler has his foot on Ignatowski's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ignatowski works his way back into a safe position though.
Ignatowski has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ignatowski trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Catch Wrestler is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Ignatowski pulls his head out easily.
Catch Wrestler tries to roll over but Ignatowski keeps him under control.
Catch Wrestler wants to control but Ignatowski is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Ignatowski seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Catch Wrestler does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Ignatowski is taking a breather. Catch Wrestler says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Ignatowski wants to pass the guard but Catch Wrestler is defending well.
Catch Wrestler has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ignatowski is working away from the top position though.
Catch Wrestler wants to get back to full guard.
Catch Wrestler has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Ignatowski. Oh but Catch Wrestler has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Ignatowski goes limp - he's gone! Catch Wrestler jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
