Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Quintin Mullen (ranked 2977 p4p, 4078 weight class) and Derrick Gregory (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mullen pushes Gregory up against the cage in a clinch.
Mullen makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Gregory jumps guard but Mullen turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Mullen lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Gregory tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Mullen smiles and moves away.
Gregory misses with a few strikes there.
Mullen keeps the fight on the outside.
Mullen defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gregory.
Quintin Mullen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Derrick Gregory.
Gregory tries to close the distance and clinch but Mullen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Gregory takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Mullen moves into the clinch successfully.
Mullen lands with a right to the head.
Still in the clinch, Mullen scores with a nice short uppercut.

Gregory is rocked!
Mullen lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Gregory is still on wobbly legs! Can Mullen finish him?
Mullen is working Gregory over against the cage.
Gregory blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Gregory should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Mullen misses with a short punch on the inside.

Gregory blocks an uppercut.
Mullen throws a punch but it's blocked by Gregory.
Mullen tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Mullen swings wildly with an uppercut but Gregory uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mullen lands a shot to the body.
Mullen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Gregory seems to have recovered his senses.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Mullen creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Mullen lands a body shot in the clinch.
Mullen lands a hook to the side of the head.
Gregory tries to break the clinch but Mullen is controlling the position.

Gregory is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Mullen pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Mullen makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Gregory wants a takedown.
Mullen unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Gregory! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Mullen is unloading with more strikes now! Gregory drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
