The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nurmagomedov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

It looks like Jerkmeoff Nurmagomedov has been cut.

Nurmagomedov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Man was covering up waiting for the punch and Nurmagomedov finishes the takedown easily into guard.
