Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Tesla (ranked 3708 p4p, 4335 weight class) and Weston Gilmore (ranked 238 p4p, 261 weight class). Pablo Tesla had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 136.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Pablo Tesla could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Weston Gilmore's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gilmore takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Gilmore tries to clinch but Tesla moves out of range.
Tesla blocks a jab.
Gilmore misses with a takedown

and Tesla counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Tesla.

Tesla breaks from the clinch.
Tesla throws a series of punches but Gilmore moves out of range.
Gilmore is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Tesla has Gilmore up against the cage in a clinch.
Gilmore is trying to force a seperation but Tesla has the dominant position.

Tesla manages to break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gilmore jabs Tesla to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Gilmore has a takedown stuffed.
Tesla bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Gilmore's head.
Tesla scores with a head kick. Gilmore tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Gilmore tries to pull guard but Tesla forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Tesla punishes Gilmore's body with a nice straight punch.
Tesla is pawing at Gilmore, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Gilmore's nose. Gilmore is badly hurt! Tesla pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Gilmore tries desperately to hold on but Tesla is relentless in his assault! As Gilmore receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Tesla away and this one is in the books!
