Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Reino Vaananen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vick Armstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Armstrong looks for the body kick but Vaananen saw that one coming.
Vaananen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Armstrong is fending him off so far but Vaananen persists. Nope, Armstrong circles away and we're back to standing.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Vaananen. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Let's hope that Armstrong has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Vaananen shoots in for a takedown but Armstrong shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Vaananen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Armstrong's guard.

Vaananen jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Armstrong walks away with a smile on his face. Vaananen gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Well Armstrong has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
