The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clark lands a nice looking kick to the body. Dokov takes a step back to recover.
Clark circles away from the clinch attempt.
Dokov is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Clark throws a nice looking combination but Dokov bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

As Clark backs off Dokov throws a huge counter combo but Clark manages to avoid it all.

Dokov is fighting off a takedown attempt but Clark is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Dokov to the mat. Dokov regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Clark swings wildly with an uppercut but Dokov uses good head movement to avoid it.
Clark struggles to land a body shot inside as Dokov controls his hands.
Clark looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Clark works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Clark tries to work over Dokov's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Clark misses with a hook from the clinch.

Clark has Dokov pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Clark pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Dokov tumbling to the mat - Clark dives into Dokov's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Clark scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Dokov pushes Clark off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Clark blocks a leg kick.

It looks like Doko Dokov has been cut.
Clark keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Dokov uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Clark.

Clark shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Dokov manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Dokov scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Clark shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dokov napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Dokov is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Clark has just dragged him back down to the mat.
You can see the frustration on Dokov's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Clark throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Dokov works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

Dokov kicks off Clark and gets to his feet.
Clark lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dokov at a distance.

Dokov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Clark was covering up waiting for the punch and Dokov finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Clark has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Dokov off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Clark is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Dokov is defending well for now.

Clark's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Clark throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Dokov.

That has opened up Doko Dokov's cut even more.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Clark explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Dokov shoots in but Clark avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Dokov is breathing heavily.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Clark! Dokov is out on his feet! Clark rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Dokov is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Dokov is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
