Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tagnarach Kamara (ranked 255 p4p, 266 weight class) and Julius Lew (ranked 36 p4p, 39 weight class). Kamara comes to the cage accompanied by BLIND SPOTS. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamara swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Kamara slips under a jab.
Kamara walks into a stiff left hand from Lew.

It looks like Tagnarach Kamara has been cut.
Lew tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lew lands with a shot to the body.
Kamara throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Julius Lew seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kamara slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

and Kamara cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Lew lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Kamara throws a chopping leg kick but Lew manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Lew.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lew throws a nice inside leg kick.
Kamara lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Kamara connects with the punch.
Lew missing with a left hand there. Kamara was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

and Lew takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Kamara on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Tagnarach Kamara will probably get the nod.

Some bone on bone action there as Kamara checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

and Kamara counters with a nice low kick that buckles Lew's knee momentarily.
Lew stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Kamara swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Lew throws out a counter right but Kamara avoids it with no problem.

Kamara throws a wild body kick that Lew sees coming a mile off.
Lew gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Kamara.

Kamara lands a big head kick that sends Lew tumbling to the mat! Kamara takes a step backwards and waves Lew back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Julius Lew has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kamara uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lew.
Lew throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Kamara throws a quick counter head kick but Lew was just out of range.
Lew is looking to land body kicks.

Lew is still on wobbly legs! Can Kamara finish him?
Lew throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Lew seems to have recovered his senses.
Kamara dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Lew clobbers Kamara with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Kamara slips a jab from Lew.
Kamara appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Jab, jab by Lew - just one landing.

Lew looks to land a left hand but Kamara moved out of range nicely.

Kamara lands a jab to the nose.
That kick from Lew tenderised Kamara's leg. Kamara is trying to keep his angry face on.

Kamara drops Lew with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Lew looks back up at him and smiles so Kamara waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

and Kamara counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
