The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Davis is looking to clinch.

Davis lands a left and a right that send Clay crashing to the mat, dazed. Davis thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Ryder Clay has been cut.

Clay clinches with his opponent.

Clay successfully pulls guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
