Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zilvinas Umantas (ranked 3733 p4p, 24067 weight class) and Jimmy Uso (ranked 397 p4p, 508 weight class). Jimmy Uso is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uso tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Umantas manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Umantas appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Uso fails in his attempt to clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Uso looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Uso is looking to clinch but Umantas is avoiding it.
Umantas feints and as Uso raises his hands in defense, Umantas changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

A determined Jimmy Uso didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
