Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rustam Kadurov (ranked 620 p4p, 1854 weight class) and Chief Walker (ranked 85 p4p, 252 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rustam Kadurov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 31 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chief Walker!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kadurov appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Kadurov blocks a jab.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kadurov is defended easily by Walker.
Walker looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Chief Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Walker tests Kadurov's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Walker looks to land a right hand but Kadurov moved out of range.

Kadurov shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Walker as he avoids it easily.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Walker tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Kadurov is looking to take this one to the mat.

Walker misses with a hook from the clinch.

Walker swings wildly with an uppercut but Kadurov uses good head movement to avoid it.

Kadurov blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Kadurov is trying to push Walker away but Walker has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Walker prevents the takedown attempt.

Kadurov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Kadurov shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Kadurov was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Walker throws Kadurov to one side and escapes!

Walker looks to throw the jab but Kadurov is out of range.
Walker misses the jab.
Walker doesn't manage to clinch there - Kadurov circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Walker looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Walker connects with a body shot.
Donk. Kadurov catches Walker right on the button with a cross.
Kadurov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kadurov changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Kadurov connects with a single shot there.
Kadurov changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Walker connects with a nice looking jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Walker misses with a low kick as Kadurov jumps back.
Walker moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Walker swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Kadurov bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Walker's head backwards.

Kadurov changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Walker looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Walker is rocked!
Kadurov prevents Walker from escaping the position.
Walker tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
Walker is trying to stand.
Kadurov in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Walker is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Walker is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Walker is still in real trouble! Can Kadurov finish him?

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kadurov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kadurov landing punches.
Kadurov looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Walker covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
