Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eyam Silver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and dead shien (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
shien throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A slow jab from shien misses its intended target.

Silver shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
shien manages to regain half guard. Good work.

shien can't keep his opponent in guard - Silver advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Silver seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but shien does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. shien connects with a nice short shot to Silver's temple.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

shien looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Silver with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
shien is just content to waste time from the top position. Silver takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Silver is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

shien might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Silver avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
shien should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
shien's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and shien duly obliges.

Silver changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. shien tries to avoid it but Silver manages to keep hold of a leg and drag shien to the ground. shien escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

shien tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Silver wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Silver will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

shien throws a lazy right hand but Silver sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Silver takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
shien comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
shien throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Silver on the side of the head.
Eyam Silver has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
