The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woodz uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gravity.
Decent striking displayed by Gravity there.
Woodz gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

It looks like Tiger Woodz has been cut.
A punch lands to the side of Woodz 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A big right from Gravity misses.
Woodz takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Woodz avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Gravity drops Woodz with a nice combination! Gravity dives into Woodz's guard, looking to finish!
Woodz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Woodz looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Gravity puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Woodz is breathing heavily.

Gravity is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Woodz is just riding it out for now. Gravity eventually gives up the hold.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
