The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burdon lands a nice looking body shot.
Burdon scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Pope doesn't seem bothered though.
Burdon throws an off balance right hand
letting Pope counter with a right hand.
Burdon misses with a looping right.
Pope misses with a hook
and Burdon counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Pope cracks a nice hook into Burdon's ribs.
Pope takes one to the chin there.

and Pope counters with a good, hard body kick but Burdon shrugs it off.

and Pope counters with a huge head kick that drops Burdon! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!
