The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batt goes for a double leg but Bernard avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bernard continues to drive forward.
A countering left hand to the body from Bernard misses.
Bernard has Batt pressed against the cage.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Bernard takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Bernard continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.
Bernard is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Bernard scores with a shot to the side of Batt's head.

It looks like Dylan Batt has been cut.

Bernard pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Oh Batt is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Batt loses concentration momentarily and Bernard pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Batt crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Bernard finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
