Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andrei Petrescu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Kenny Wells!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Hirohito Nitta and Yasuomi Hirokawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wells throws a nice looking combination but Petrescu bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Wells bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Wells moves away from the strike by Petrescu.
Wells walks into a stiff left hand from Petrescu.
Petrescu scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Wells takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

It looks like Kenny Wells has been cut.

and Petrescu counters with a three punch combo that has Wells backing up. Wells nods at Petrescu to acknowledge the strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Petrescu walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Wells checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Kenny Wells seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Wells might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Petrescu scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Wells to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Petrescu away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Wells got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!

Wells is rocked!

Kenny Wells's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Petrescu connects with a quick right hand that sends Wells tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Andrei Petrescu!
Andrei Petrescu decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
