The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Page throws a left that rocks Petrelli and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Page dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Petrelli regain composure!

It looks like Peter Petrelli has been cut.

Page decides to stand up, so the ref orders Petrelli to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Page ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Petrelli moves away.
Petrelli moves in looking to clinch but Page pushes him off.
Page swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Nice combo by Page! Oh, that's hurt him - Petrelli falls to the canvas and Page follows him into side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Petrelli is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Page's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Page swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Petrelli seems to have recovered his senses.
Page sends Petrelli crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Page is motioning to the referee to let Petrelli up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Oliver Page is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Page cracks Petrelli with an uppercut from hell and Petrelli crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Page's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

The cut above Peter Petrelli's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Page controlling from the top position.
Page stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Petrelli swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Page looks to land a combination but Petrelli avoids it well.

Peter Petrelli's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Page misses with a few strikes there.

Petrelli walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Page is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Petrelli can do to turn this around?
