Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Paddy O Taybel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, De Heart!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Roger Salmon and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heart stuffs the takedown.
O Taybel shoots for a double leg takedown but Heart sprawls well. He's pushed O Taybel's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Heart looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? O Taybel is fending him off so far but Heart persists. Nope, O Taybel circles away and we're back to standing.
O Taybel really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
