Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alistair Ubereem (ranked 1221 p4p, 1686 weight class) and Jake Conway (ranked 75 p4p, 201 weight class). Jake Conway told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alistair Ubereem!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jake Conway!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ubereem throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Conway missing with a left hand there. Ubereem was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Oooooh!!! Ubereem has knocked Conway down with a huge combo! Ubereem steps away and waves a wobbly Conway back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Conway is rocked!

It looks like Jake Conway has been cut.
Conway throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Conway is still on wobbly legs! Can Ubereem finish him?
Ubereem ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Conway seems to have recovered his senses.
Conway throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The fighters circling - Conway throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A decent looking cross lands there for Ubereem.

That has opened up Jake Conway's cut even more.
Conway moves away from the strike by Ubereem.
Conway moves out of range as Ubereem throws a body kick.
Ubereem moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Ubereem has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Tank Factory in the buildup to the fight.
Ubereem takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Ubereem drops Conway with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Conway looks back up at him and smiles so Ubereem waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Jake Conway seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ubereem lands with a nice body punch.
Ubereem circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Conway to the canvas! Conway doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Ubereem keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
