Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Worf Mogh (ranked 911 p4p, 1349 weight class) and Yaroslav Rurik (ranked 70 p4p, 97 weight class). Mogh comes to the cage accompanied by Gimme The Loot. Worf Mogh has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Yaroslav Rurik!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Igor Prikhodko and Aleksandr Martynov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mogh takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Rurik throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Mogh has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Rurik.
Rurik moves out of range as Mogh strikes.
Rurik throws out a counter right but Mogh avoids it with no problem.
Rurik scores with the left hand. Mogh knows he should have avoided that one.

and Mogh connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Rurik has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Rurik has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Mogh is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rurik is just riding it out for now. Mogh eventually gives up the hold.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Rurik, as that shot connected.

Rurik lands a big head kick that sends Mogh tumbling to the mat! Rurik takes a step backwards and waves Mogh back to his feet - he wants the finish!
