Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between I Am Jewish (ranked 2288 p4p, 2204 weight class) and Corwin Anstey (ranked 269 p4p, 264 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, I Am Jewish!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Corwin Anstey!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, David Schapiro and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anstey shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Jewish is looking for a sweep. Anstey is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

and Jewish cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Corwin Anstey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

As Anstey backs away, Jewish returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

Jewish stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jewish wants it to stay on the feet.
Jewish swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Anstey goes for a double leg but Jewish avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Jewish continues to drive forward.
And Jewish counters with a quick kick to the body but Anstey blocks it.

Anstey changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jewish looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
