The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fochi takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Fochi has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Khrapov Jr lands a nice hook to Fochi's body. Fochi takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Vasily Khrapov Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

It looks like Vasily Khrapov Jr has been cut.
Fochi fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Khrapov Jr avoids it really well and circles away.
Fochi throws a body punch but Khrapov Jr moves out of range.
