Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Minato Tokugawa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 33 - 21 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pertti Naulakko!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Naulakko misses the target.

Tokugawa rushes Naulakko and presses him up against the cage.
Naulakko swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Tokugawa misses with a punch on the inside.

Naulakko breaks the clinch.
Tokugawa has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Canadian Elite Bruins Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Naulakko scores with a nice strike.
Naulakko waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Tokugawa.
Pertti Naulakko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Naulakko throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tokugawa seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Naulakko swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Tokugawa throws a jab but it's blocked by Naulakko.
Naulakko ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tokugawa moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tokugawa uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Naulakko.
Tokugawa throwing a counter right hand but Naulakko manages to avoid it.
Naulakko misses with a hook. Tokugawa ducked under it nicely.
Naulakko jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Tokugawa lands with a hook. Naulakko tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Naulakko rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tokugawa moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tokugawa was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Tokugawa takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Tokugawa ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Naulakko dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Tokugawa avoids the body shot from Naulakko.
A little feinted left hand from Tokugawa on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Naulakko swings widly with a right hand
and Tokugawa counters with a nice uppercut.
Tokugawa feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Naulakko crashing to the mat! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Minato Tokugawa!
A very excited looking Minato Tokugawa made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
