Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nassourdine Magomedov (ranked 5462 p4p, 5248 weight class) and Denis Stojnic (ranked 519 p4p, 507 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stojnic gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Magomedov decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Stojnic's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Magomedov thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Magomedov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stojnic has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Magomedov has managed to get both his arms back between Stojnic's legs - danger averted.
Magomedov has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Magomedov wants to pass the guard but Stojnic is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Magomedov has gone for a leg lock! Stojnic slips out almost immediately though and dives into Magomedov's guard.

Stojnic seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Magomedov is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
