Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hank McCoy (ranked 3941 p4p, 5468 weight class) and Vladyk Yefimkova (ranked 157 p4p, 213 weight class). Yefimkova has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoy scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
McCoy moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
McCoy lands with a thumping leg kick.

Yefimkova on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
An inside leg kick lands from McCoy.
McCoy bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Yefimkova's head backwards.
McCoy lands with a hook. Yefimkova tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Yefimkova throws a leg kick but McCoy moved away.

It looks like Vladyk Yefimkova has been cut.
McCoy has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
McCoy connects with an inside leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McCoy connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Yefimkova momentarily.

Yefimkova looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

McCoy jabs Yefimkova right on the nose. Yefimkova blinks but takes it well.

McCoy fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Yefimkova has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Yefimkova's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
McCoy looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
McCoy changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
McCoy is looking to slow Yefimkova down with leg kicks.
McCoy scoring well with a low kick there.
McCoy turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
