Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Quincy Featherstone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Leandro Rodrigues and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miljic throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Featherstone's waist but Featherstone gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Miljic off to one side.
Featherstone feints a jab promting Miljic to slip. Featherstone then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Miljic slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Konrad Miljic has been cut.

We've been hearing good reports from Featherstone's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Quincy Featherstone.
