Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kroon throws a right and a left that Wildfang avoids nicely.
Wildfang clinches up against the cage.
Wildfang has Kroon pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Wildfang pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Kroon tumbling to the mat - Wildfang dives into Kroon's guard.

Wildfang drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Wildfang jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Wildfang throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kroon was covering up waiting for the punch and Wildfang finishes the takedown easily into guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Wildfang works his foot free and advances to mount.

Wildfang has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Wildfang is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Kroon is surviving well by controlling Wildfang's body position as best he can.

Wildfang wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Kroon, who protects the arm well.
Kroon wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Kroon tries to bench press Wildfang off him but Wildfang keeps the position.

You can see the frustration on Kroon's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Kroon tries to bum rush Wildfang with a series of wild strikes but Wildfang uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Nicklas Kroon seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Wildfang tries to close the distance and clinch but Kroon swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Egon Wildfang will probably get the nod.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Wildfang is working for takedown but Kroon is calmly controlling the position for now.
Kroon has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
A frustrated look appears on Kroon's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Kroon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wildfang moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kroon tries to circle away but Wildfang has him pinned against the cage.
Kroon blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Wildfang's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Wildfang looking to stall.
Wildfang lands a shot to the body.
Kroon is fighting off a takedown attempt but Wildfang is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Kroon to the mat. Kroon regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Wildfang thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Wildfang controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Kroon is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Wildfang makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Wildfang.
Wildfang has his feet on Kroon's thighs here. He's pushed Kroon off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Kroon screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
