Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kulata Bitok (ranked 24082 p4p, 4065 weight class) and Pete Sirah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pete Sirah!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sirah has Bitok up against the cage in a clinch.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Sirah has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Sirah pushes Bitok back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Sirah lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Bitok backwards.
Sirah scores with a shoulder strike.
Sirah lands a hook to the side of the head.
Sirah lands a right hand that snaps the head of Bitok backwards.
Sirah lands an elbow just above Bitok 's eye.
A short uppercut from Sirah.
Sirah lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bitok's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Sirah lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Sirah lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Sirah lands with a right to the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sirah creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Sirah lands a right hand that snaps the head of Bitok backwards.
Sirah lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Bitok.
Sirah lands a left hand.
Sirah lands an elbow that stopped Bitok in his tracks for a moment.
Sirah has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Bitok regains guard immediately.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like Sirah might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Bitok utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Sirah passes into half guard.
Bitok is breathing heavily.
Sirah is looking to advance position but Bitok won't allow it.
Sirah passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Bitok!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Sirah quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Sirah but it's paid off an Bitok is forced to tap! Nice work by Sirah.

A relieved looking Pete Sirah thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
