Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Rochon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesus Nazare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rochon comes to the cage accompanied by Quo Vadis - Hunter/Killer. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Nazare, right into the meat.
Nazare wants to clinch.
Rochon throws out a loose jab but Nazare uses good head movement to avoid it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Nazare looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Rochon looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Nazare!
Nazare really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Nazare sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Rochon missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Nazare is trying to control but can't.
Rochon is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Rochon throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Rochon chips away with some ground and pound.

It looks like Jesus Nazare has been cut.
Rochon thows a big elbow that misses.
Nazare trying to keep a closed guard but Rochon is proving a slippery customer.
Nazare keeping moving, preventing Rochon from controlling successfully.

Rochon is stalling in the full guard.

Nazare looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Rochon puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Nazare avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Rochon.
Rochon working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

That has opened up Jesus Nazare's cut even more.
Rochon seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Nazare trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rochon postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Nazare in real trouble here! The ref calls for Nazare to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
