The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McWrestler swings for the body but Rambo moves out of range.
Rambo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from McWrestler.
McWrestler throws a hook but Rambo avoids it easily.
Rambo fails with the takedown.
McWrestler tests Rambo's chin there with a solid looking shot.

McWrestler gets the takedown into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McWrestler landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Rambo manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
McWrestler with the ground and pound but Rambo uses the opportunity to regain guard.
McWrestler throws an elbow that misses. Rambo uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in McWrestler's guard. Nice move by Rambo!

McWrestler knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rambo on the ground.

Rambo wants to improve his position but McWrestler is controlling well.

Rambo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. McWrestler gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as McWrestler accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

McWrestler stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Rambo has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! McWrestler manages to get his head free but now Rambo has transitioned to an armbar! McWrestler grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Rambo! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
