Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bubble Shrimp (ranked 4025 p4p, 4321 weight class) and Sergio Porcu (ranked 0 p4p, 466 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Porcu shoots in but no luck this time.
A little feinted left hand from Shrimp on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Shrimp looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Porcu is a very stocky fighter. Infact he's such a weird shape that he's almost like some sort of comedy character - it's hard to believe he's real.
Porcu scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Shrimp throws the left hand but Porcu avoids the punch easily.
Porcu shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Shrimp as he avoids it easily.
Porcu shoots for a double leg takedown but Shrimp sprawls well. He's pushed Porcu's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bubble Shrimp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sergio Porcu.
Porcu connects with an inside leg kick.

Shrimp moves into the clinch successfully.

Porcu manages to break the clinch.
Shrimp lands with a shot to the body.
Porcu shoots and misses
and Shrimp counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Porcu takes the fight into the clinch.
Porcu lands an elbow inside that Shrimp shrugs off.
Shrimp lands a shoulder strike.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Porcu misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Shrimp.

Porcu keeps control of Shrimp as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Shrimp gets underhooks to prevent Porcu's takedown attempt.
Porcu tries to score a body lock takedown but Shrimp shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Porcu looks winded!
Shrimp wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Porcu misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Shrimp.
Shrimp stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
A frustrated look appears on Shrimp's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Shrimp has had enough of the clinch but Porcu keeps him there for the moment.
Porcu tries for a takedown. No joy.
Shrimp is trying to break free.
Porcu can't break the clinch.
A shot in the inside from Shrimp.
Porcu fails to pull guard.
Porcu wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Porcu tries to work over Shrimp's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Shrimp breaks the clinch.

Shrimp closes the distance and clinches.
Porcu has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Shrimp after a bit of a struggle.
Shrimp works on Porcu's body with a couple of short punches.
Shrimp is leaning against Porcu and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Shrimp pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Porcu takes one on the button.
Sergio Porcu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shrimp throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Porcu crashing down! Porcu tries to stagger back to his feet but Shrimp just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Porcu asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bubble Shrimp!
