Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Denis Stojnic (ranked 4487 p4p, 4598 weight class) and Aymeric Grivois (ranked 477 p4p, 483 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Aymeric Grivois was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Aymeric Grivois!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stojnic fails to land the takedown.
Grivois connects with a high kick.
Stojnic definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Stojnic fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Grivois avoids it really well and circles away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Stojnic.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Denis Stojnic. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Grivois lands a front kick.
Grivois lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Grivois lands with a thumping leg kick.
Grivois looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Grivois backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Stojnic's temple! It sends Stojnic violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Grivois celebrates and the doctors try to help Stojnic!
