Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Beta Tua (ranked 21883 p4p, 5808 weight class) and Riley Knox (ranked 658 p4p, 628 weight class). Knox is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Roy Jones Jr - I Smoke, I Drink feat. Mr. Magic & Youngbloodz). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tua throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Knox looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Knox lands with a thumping leg kick.

Knox fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Tua, pushing him back against the ropes.

Tua escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Tua throws a predictable looking body shot
and Knox counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Tua misses with an uppercut.
A little jabbing left from Knox on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Knox looks to throw the jab but Tua is out of range.
Knox lands a head kick!

It looks like Beta Tua has been cut.
Knox throws a hook but Tua avoids it easily.
Knox rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Tua counters with a nice leg kick.
Knox misses with a hook
and Tua counters with a left to the body.
Knox slips under a jab.

Knox takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Knox tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Tua paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tua has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Mary Gracies Jiu Jitsu in the buildup to the fight.
Knox throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tua sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Tua attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Knox on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Tua throws a leg kick which misses Knox's front leg but catches the back leg as Knox tries to avoid it.
A slapping body kick lands there for Tua.

Tua jabs Knox to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Knox doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Tua misses with a wild combination.

Tua connects with a body shot that sends Knox's belly button to the back.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Tua throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Knox is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the ropes! Wow!
