A fine choice. Scott has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Michael Scott could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Yoel Moreno's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moreno closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Scott knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Moreno on the ground.
Scott looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Moreno is nestled in close to Scott, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Moreno looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Scott on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Scott tries to get out of the position.
Moreno takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Scott's coaches at Cozad MMA St Petersburg have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.
Moreno lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Scott is staying active underneath Moreno, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Moreno lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Scott is looking for a sweep. Moreno is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Moreno slips a nice elbow through Scott's hands, connecting with Scott's forehead.

Yoel Moreno spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
