Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Klay Dee (ranked 2287 p4p, 1933 weight class) and Jean Luc Petit (ranked 158 p4p, 136 weight class). Dee's entrance music is Death Patrol by Destroyer. A fine choice. Petit is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Dirty Beaches - Lord Knows Best. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dee throws a leg kick that misses.
Dee closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Dee uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Petit.
Dee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Petit connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Dee momentarily.
Dee misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Petit closes the distance and clinches.

Petit misses with a punch to the body.
A hook to the body from Petit.
Dee tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Dee.

Petit lands a left hand that snaps the head of Dee backwards.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Petit lands a nice knee to the body.
A short body shot lands from Petit as the two fighters clinch.

Dee lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Petit breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dee throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Petit sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Petit throws out a powerful jab.
Petit dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Dee. That did some damage!
Petit throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Dee on the side of the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Petit throws a big uppercut that drops Dee! More strikes from Petit and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Dee lies dazed against the cage as Petit celebrates with his cornermen!
