Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, John Wetton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Chris McCocker!

Wetton is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Wetton shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with McCocker but McCocker pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Wetton throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McCocker's waist but McCocker gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wetton off to one side.

Chris McCocker showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Wetton shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as McCocker sprawls well. McCocker wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wetton gets slowly back to his feet.

Wetton shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says McCocker as he avoids it easily.

Wetton closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
