The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morningstar misses with an uppercut

and Wagner counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Wagner passes Morningstar's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Morningstar is trying to control but can't.
Morningstar won't allow Wagner to pass to mount.
Wagner not doing much here.
Wagner has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Wagner controlling the pace for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wagner misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Wagner is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Morningstar can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
