The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Billick fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Abrenica, pushing him back against the ropes.
Billick connects with a nasty looking knee right to Abrenica's face.
Billick trying to stall but Abrenica improves his position.
Billick lands an elbow inside.
Abrenica drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Billick has the Thai plumb, controlling the head nicely. He loads up with a big knee to the head and Abrenica goes down! Billick pounces into side control - this one could be over soon!

Abrenica is rocked!

It looks like Chris Abrenica has been cut.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Abrenica can do anything to dispel that myth.

Billick is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Abrenica is trying to escape and Billick transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Abrenica is forced to tap! Nice work there by Billick! Very nice indeed!
