The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Gray drops Mullen with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Mullen looks back up at him and smiles so Gray waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Gray lands a big right hand that sends Mullen crashing to the mat! Gray stays standing though and waves Mullen back to his feet!
Gray is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Mullen can do to turn this around?
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gray cracks Mullen with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Mullen tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Gray pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Mullen is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
