Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mac Anudo (ranked 203 p4p, 2354 weight class) and Jackson Silva (ranked 31 p4p, 287 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Anudo stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Jackson Silva has been cut.

A looping hook to the body misses from Anudo. Silva does a little dance to reset his feet.
And Silva tries to counter it with a takedown but Anudo pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Anudo does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Anudo is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Silva's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Silva's back!
