The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sixteen misses with a double jab.
Sixteen uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Jiang has time to react.
Jiang throws the kick towards the body but Sixteen avoids it.
Sixteen tries to clinch there but Jiang circles away.
Jiang was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Sixteen has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Jiang swats away the attempt to clinch by Sixteen.
Sixteen throws a leg kick
and Jiang counters with a nice low kick that buckles Sixteen's knee momentarily.
Sixteen swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Jiang counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Sixteen thinking.
Jiang lands a right hook to the body.
Sixteen throws a right hand that misses
and Jiang counters with a straight right hand.
Sixteen has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Jiang.

Sixteen gets a clinch.

Jiang's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
A low kick lands for Jiang.
Age Sixteen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sixteen misses with a jab to the body
and Jiang counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
