Ebedi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Moby Dick - Ugass kutya! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 11 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ryder Morningstar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 2, fighting out of Hilo, Dino Ebedi!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morningstar throws a lazy uppercut
and Ebedi counters with a left to the body.

Ebedi closes the distance and clinches.
Ebedi is leaning against Morningstar and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Ebedi lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
A short right from Ebedi on the inside.
Ebedi lands a shot to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ebedi scores with a nice hook to the head.
A frustrated look appears on Morningstar's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Ebedi digs a right hand into Morningstar's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Morningstar's gas tank.
Ebedi lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

Morningstar wants to get back to striking at distance but Ebedi won't allow it.
Ebedi digs a right hand underneath Morningstar's ribcage. Morningstar let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Ebedi scores with a hook to the body.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Ebedi creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Ebedi working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Ebedi lands a hook to the side of the head.
Ebedi lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
A short body shot lands from Ebedi as the two fighters clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ebedi gets through Morningstar's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Ebedi has hold of one of Morningstar's legs. Morningstar is fighting the takedown attempt but Ebedi gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Ebedi sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Ebedi stands and throws Morningstar's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The referee asks Ebedi politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Ebedi prefers to stall for the moment though.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Let's hope that Ebedi has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Morningstar is trying to buck Ebedi off.
Morningstar seems a little lost for a moment, as Ebedi dominates the positioning.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Dino Ebedi dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Morningstar misses with a left hand
and Ebedi counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Ryder Morningstar has been cut.
Ebedi bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Morningstar throws a poor cross that misses
and Ebedi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ebedi slips under a jab from Morningstar.
Ebedi fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Good exchange - Ebedi coming out on top.

Morningstar is rocked!
Ebedi throws an overhand right that drops Morningstar like a sack of potatoes! Ebedi dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dino Ebedi!
Dino Ebedi seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
