Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hawk Fleximario (ranked 296 p4p, 665 weight class) and Thomas Rose (ranked 43 p4p, 85 weight class). Fleximario comes to the cage accompanied by Funkmeister. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hawk Fleximario!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Thomas Rose!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rose throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Rose moves in looking to clinch but Fleximario pushes him off.
Fleximario thows a left - swing and a miss!
Rose feints a counter leg kick.
Fleximario tests Rose's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Thomas Rose has been cut.
Rose drops his hands momentarily and Fleximario takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Fleximario checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fleximario throws a jab when Rose was well out of range.
Rose is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Fleximario with a body shot.
Fleximario misses with a left hand
and Rose counters with a left to the body.
Fleximario dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Rose. That did some damage!

A solid body kick from Fleximario.
Fleximario checks a leg kick.
Rose finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Fleximario shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Rose replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Fleximario blocks it well.
Fleximario swings away with a body shot that misses
and Rose counters with a leg kick.
Rose defending well as Fleximario loads up on a big left hand.
Fleximario keeps the fight on the outside.
Rose checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Rose blocks a head kick by Fleximario.
Fleximario chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Rose throws the kick towards the body but Fleximario avoids it.
Fleximario fires out a quick counter leg kick but Rose just manages to avoid it.
Rose takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Rose misses with a leg kick.
Fleximario was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
A punch lands to the side of Rose 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Fleximario cracks Rose with an open hand slap.
Rose gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
That has opened up Thomas Rose's cut even more.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fleximario scores with a jab to the jaw.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fleximario connects with a leg kick.
Rose clinches.
Fleximario is working Rose over against the cage.
Fleximario lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Fleximario lands a body shot in the clinch.
Fleximario lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Rose backwards.
Fleximario is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Fleximario lands a nice shot to the body.
Rose looks winded!
Fleximario throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Fleximario manages to break the clinch.
Fleximario is looking to slow Rose down with leg kicks.
Fleximario cracks a nice hook into Rose's ribs.

Nice shot lands for Fleximario.
The cut above Thomas Rose's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fleximario scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Rose doesn't seem bothered though.
Fleximario lands a jab.
An inside leg kick lands from Fleximario.
Rose takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Thomas Rose's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Thomas Rose's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Hawk Fleximario!
After winning the bout, Hawk Fleximario thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Thomas Rose was interviewed post fight and said '7.35'.
