The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomez shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Gomez throws a head kick that half lands.
Tokugawa drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Tokugawa throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Gomez now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Tokugawa takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Tokugawa fails to land with a series of punches.
Gomez tries to clinch but Tokugawa moves away
and Tokugawa counters with a stiff right hand.
An inside leg kick lands from Gomez.

Gomez rushes Tokugawa and presses him up against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tokugawa pushes Gomez back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Gomez is rocked!
Tokugawa lands a body shot.
Gomez is still on wobbly legs! Can Tokugawa finish him?
Tokugawa lands a body shot.
Tokugawa lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Gomez misses with a punch on the inside.
Tokugawa lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Gomez backwards.
A left hand lands to the body for Tokugawa.
Tokugawa works on Gomez's body with a couple of short punches.
Gomez looks winded!
Tokugawa unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Gomez! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Tokugawa is unloading with more strikes now! Gomez drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
