Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Anabolic Asteroid (ranked 203 p4p, 237 weight class) and Oscar Blaydes (ranked 32 p4p, 37 weight class). Asteroid kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is For Heavy Metal we will die!. Blaydes has chosen Black Sunshine - White Zombie as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asteroid jabbing away but nothing is landing.

That was a close round but I would say that Anabolic Asteroid will probably get the nod.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Blaydes working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
