Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 37 - 15 - 1, fighting out of New York, Rob Roy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 11 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Schmedgar Dimms!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roy takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Roy looks to land a left hand but Dimms moved out of range nicely.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Dimms in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Roy tries to land a front kick but Dimms steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Roy crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dimms - the referee stops the clock and Roy gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dimms. Roy manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The fighters circle, before Roy throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Dimms's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Roy lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
