Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Chibi Suzuki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Keffy God!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Sandra Marshall and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Suzuki misses its intended target.
As Suzuki backs off God throws a huge counter combo but Suzuki manages to avoid it all.
God clinches with his opponent.
Suzuki changes levels and goes for a takedown here. God fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Suzuki throws the left hand but God avoids the punch easily.
God gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Suzuki to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Keffy God has been cut.
Suzuki waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract God.
God looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Suzuki is fending him off so far but God persists. Nope, Suzuki circles away and we're back to standing.
Suzuki throws a big counter combination but God scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

and Suzuki counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
God ducks under a wild hook from Suzuki.
God tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
God dives in and grabs Suzuki's left leg, looking for a takedown. Suzuki pushes down on God's head and hops out.
Chibi Suzuki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Keffy God.
God tries a head kick but it misses.
Suzuki throws a hook but God avoids it easily.

Suzuki definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Suzuki throws a few strikes from the bottom but God takes advantage and mounts!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Suzuki is mounted and he's throwing punches. Is that wise?

Suzuki can't escape the position.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - God has eaten all the pies!
Suzuki flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
God controlling from mount.
God thowing shots but they're missing.
God prevents Suzuki from getting the reversal.
Suzuki is working hard here to advance position.

God blocks Suzuki's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Suzuki avoids a series of strikes thrown by God.
Suzuki swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Suzuki can't escape the position.
Suzuki throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Suzuki tries to reverse the position but God maintains control.
God moves to back control.
God has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Suzuki's body.
Suzuki tries to break free.
Suzuki knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for God on the ground.
God is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
God looks winded!
You can see the frustration on Suzuki's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Suzuki is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if God gets his way!
God controls the position.
Suzuki manages to reverse the position and now he's in God's guard. Nice work there by Suzuki.

Suzuki postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Suzuki is in close to God's body, working some short punches and elbows.
God has momentary wrist control but Suzuki slips an elbow through the middle.
That has opened up Keffy God's cut even more.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Suzuki working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of God's head.
Keffy God's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Keffy God's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Chibi Suzuki!
Chibi Suzuki decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
